Job Summary

Lohman Therapy Systems N. America is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our talented accounting team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
This is a full time, hybrid role located in West St. Paul, MN

Role is 100% on site for first 3 months during training period.
After training period, role can be remote up to 2 days/week.

What You Will Do:

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Prepare and process payments, including checks and ACH transfers
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Perform general office duties as needed

Your Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of accounting experience required, or associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Great Plains/MS Dynamics 365 a plus)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment (medical device or pharmaceutical industry)
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Understanding of sales/use tax rules for manufacturers
