Lohmann Therapy Systems North America is searching for a talented Training Specialist to join our Manufacturing Operations Team.
This is a full time, onsite role located in West St. Paul, MN
***This role will need the flexibility to train across all three production shifts.***
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Training Specialist to manage, develop, and coordinate training programs for our Manufacturing Operations team in W. St. Paul. This role is essential in ensuring our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in a highly regulated, cGMP production environment. You will develop and implement training programs, conduct onboarding, and maintain training records to meet regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, implement, and manage training programs for production and warehousing staff.
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees, covering safety, cGMPs, GDP, and other essential topics.
- Manage training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improve training effectiveness.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.
- Track training completion and performance metrics.
Your Background:
- 5+ years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 2+ years of experience in a training or training management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
