Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Relations department at LTS North America and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and hiring managers.
You will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to fill current positions at LTS locations in North America (New Jersey and Minnesota)
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team at LTS locations worldwide to share best practices
  • Manage ATS to ensure requisitions are appropriately requested, approved, and posted
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan/schedule interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Manage initial on-boarding of new hires including scheduling screenings and collecting results
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using ATS
  • Design posting job descriptions to attract candidates to current openings; understand “must haves” for roles by interviewing hiring managers and learning about the skills needed in their functional area of the business
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Schedule interviews both onsite and via video interviewing tools such as MS Teams
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to create a solid talent pipeline for the organization.
  • Some travel between LTS North America locations required, up to 20% of time depending on current openings

Experience, Education, & Preferred Abilities:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) preferably ADP Workforce Now
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication, English, Business, or other related field or Associate’s Degree in similar fields plus a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
