Positive results of the LTS ESKOT trial

We are pleased to announce positive results of the LTS ESKOT trial: Esketamine Oral Thin Film (OTF) administration a pharmacokinetic pharmacodynamic study in healthy participants. The phase I study was conducted in cooperation with Leiden University LUMC and the research group of Prof. Dr. Albert Dahan. The exploratory phase I clinical trial demonstrated that the S-ketamine OTF formulation studied achieved a rapid onset and sustained pain relief in all three pain models studied with minor psychomimetic effects.
